At Big Carpet we are re-introducing our Shop at Home services. We say “re-introducing” because when we first started selling flooring out of a small office in 2000, our main way of selling was bringing samples to customers home at their convenience. Then when we opened our retail location in Farr West in 2009, we did both — in showroom and in home. In recent years we got away from home visits, but we have had a lot of requests again, so we have decided to have both options available again. If you live in Weber, Davis or Box Elder County and would like us to visit you, please do the following:

1. Click on "Shop at Home Appointments" and choose a date and time.
2. Once you submit your request, a sales associate will call you to learn more about your project, types of flooring and styles that you are interested in. This way we can know what type of samples to bring.
3. The person who comes to your home will also be able to measure your project, answer questions about floor prep and any other concerns you may have. (At no charge, of course!)
4. We will have an estimate emailed to you within 24 hours.
